Paul Little II is a leadership strategist who is widely respected for his impactful leadership content. He is a highly sought after public communicator and organizational consultant who partners with high performing leaders throughout the United States.
As CEO of Innov8 Leadership Solutions, Paul is passionate about equipping leaders and organizations with practical tools that will position leaders for sustainable success. His overarching leadership theory is that an organization will thrive at the level of the personal development of its leaders. Simply put, everything in the organization improves when the leadership improves.
With more than 20 years of organizational leadership experience, Paul provides consulting services for governmental agencies, academic institutions, faith-based organizations, and businesses of all sizes. His commitment to community transformation has led him to serve on a variety of boards such as:
· East Macon Federal Credit Union - the first minority owned credit union in Middle Georgia
· United Negro College Fund
· Just Georgia Incorporated - statewide coalition of leaders that promote policies that provide justice for Georgia’s youth
· Department of Juvenile Justice - statewide mentoring initiative with a vision for this groundbreaking initiative is to provide mentorship for youth upon their departure from detention centers across the state of Georgia.
